How I built this
This site is the argument, not just a description of it. It was built the way I build everything.
AI-native, in Den
I wrote none of this by hand. I directed it in plain language in Den, my own native Claude workspace, the same tool I use every day. I own every decision; AI does the typing.
On my own design system
Every pixel comes from @vitalykuz/ui, the design system I built: one ochre, one font, two registers, a standardized agentic chat. No app forks its own styles.
On infrastructure I run
It's deployed on my own self-hosted cloud, behind my own edge, monitored and backed up like everything else I operate. The chat runs on my Claude subscription through a hermetic, rate-limited engine.
Reusable by design
The public site and the per-company pitch you may be reading are one codebase. A new pitch built for a company is a config file and an unguessable link, not a rebuild.
